About the grant program
Each season Sam Patch Promotions, Inc designates a fixed amount of money for grants based on our yearly budget. When that money is depleted, we will not approve any further grants until the following season.
To access grants, all riders must be Elite, Junior/College or Team level racers and must submit a written request that outlines the grant or grants for which they are applying along with a brief explanation of their eligibility (see sample format on page 9 of your team handbook).
All races listed on grant requests must have a cycling element i.e. road bike, mtb, cross, gravel, TT, triathlon, duathlon. We will not fulfill grants for running races, canoe races, ski races, mud runs or other events that do not including cycling.
Grants must be submitted AFTER the athletes as completed the event. We will not fulfill requests based on an intended schedules or events riders have paid for but have yet to complete.
All grant requests should be submitted by Dec 1.
Riders may be asked to follow up with supporting documentation depending on request. All grants will be reviewed by the Sam Patch Promotions, Inc. Sam Patch Promotions, Inc. reserves the right to deny any grant request.
